For preliminary task 2 we have decided to got the typical kidnapping/stalker route but the difference is we are actually going to avoid any kidnapping scene but just show the pre and post results of one. We want to create a real scenario and create suspense through silence and the emotions of our characters. I drew some inspiration from these films as they both have that typical plot line but hush for example is really good at prolonging those suspenseful shots and creating a real eerie feel through silence or just simply diegetic sounds. Intrusion is what we based more of the plot line on as it follows a married couple and a home invasion with the women being the vulnerable character; aspects we have strongly gone with.
